I really like some of the charts on your site, but can't get a big enough chart to read when I try to print them out. I would suggest that you invest in Pattern Maker Pro, or PC Stitch if you really want to make a splash. Both of these are very good software for cross stitch, and are fairly easy to use, even for a beginner.

I am very excited by the quality of the charts displayed on your site. When I tried to print "A Girl with a Basket of Fruit" it printed the two pages shown but the rest of the pages did not print. What am I doing wrong?

I would like to put my two cents in, too, if I may. First, the good news. I have spent hours searching the web for cross stitch free charts with the kind of pictures on your site. They are so breathtakingly lovely, that I am speechless. In fact, I have only found one other site that can even begin to compare, and they don't have as many to choose from. Most of the free online patterns are "cutesy", and elementary. Now, for the bad news. I was determined to get a useable pattern copy for the "Bowl of Peaches", as it will go perfectly in my dining room. I stayed up most of the night until the wee hours and used up most of my printer ink and paper with nothing useable. This morning after more trial and error, I finally got a chart I think I can use without having to pay someone to enlarge it. I will probably have to use my "MagEyes" magnifer and use the process of elimination as far as the codes go. You have really got to want these lovely gems badly to try to get something useable. I wrote down a lot of notes to help me in my process. I was going to print out the little girl wth the apples, but just a quick glance at the chart symbols showed there were some shown in big areas of the beautiful picture, but not to even be found on the code chart. I, like a lot of others here am "rooting" for this site to improve, because it will be unique when it all comes together. Sorry to be so long winded. Thanks, k

I noticed that some of the painting cross stitch patterns also have the same symbol in the color chart more than once. An example would be the Waterhouse Mermaid pattern. DMC colors 3862, 63, & 64 all have the same symbol.
I have found that if you copy the picture into an excel spreadsheet, you definately won't be able to fit everything on 1 page but it will not cut off part of the image and you can adjust the image to the size you want.

I had the same issue as others...the pattern and the given symbols do not match. I found this is almost every pattern I chose. Am I missing something? I am so happy about having patterns to print, but what is the point if I cannot complete them.
